TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT

The program will assist you in develop a comprehensive approach to employee involvement. 

Note:  TQM is a long-term effort, an on-going program that requires a commitment from management to push decision making downward in the organization, tie rewards to performance, and increase workers' knowledge and skill through extensive training.  On-going consultation is available upon request once the program has been implemented.
